A leading finance client of Synergize are currently looking for a number of Quality Checker's to work in their busy offices in Crawley/London. This is a contract role which is due to run till the end of the year with a view to extend paying a competitive daily rate.
They are looking for candidates who can meet the following requirements:
12 months minimum proven experience of PPI claims processing Quality Assurance
Experience of handling the entire PPI complaint life cycle.
Detailed knowledge of efficient QA practices and procedures
Ability to work well within a team environment.
A career history in financial services
Ability to work within a target based environment.
Understanding of PPI legislation and key issues
