Continuing Healthcare Band 7 Nurse Assessor required for a London based Clinical Commissioning Group to start ASAP.My client, is seeking to appoint an interim Band 7 Nurse Assessor to join the team on a 6 month contract to start as soon as possible.
This post has recently become vacant and so the organisation will be looking for interim cover whilst the permanent post is recruited.
This role will be based around:
* Quality approving Continuing Healthcare assessments received
* Chairing the CHC panel
* Working with Fast Track assessments
* Work with the Commissioners and support the roll out of Personal Health Budgets.
The knowledge and skills required for this post are:
* Registered Nurse
* Exposure to Learning Disabilities and Childrens Continuing Care
* Strong experience of Continuing Healthcare
