A contract opportunity has arisen in Edinburgh for a Genesys/Verint Support Engineer. The role is with one of our leading Financial Services clients to join their growing Telephony team and help to support their Genesys, Cisco and Verint contact centre environment.
The successful candidate will have some of the following skills and experience:
*Inbound and Outbound Genesys experience is essential
*Experience in Verint
*Cisco Call Manager
*Financial Services and FSA knowledge advantageous
*ITIL- Incident, Change and Problem
