NHS Client based in London is currently recruiting for a band 7 Registered Sick Children Nurse Assessor to work with them on an interim basis. The successful candidate will have experience in assessing and reviewing cases in multiple settings such as care homes and hospitals under the national framework. Key skills and expectations;-Support and advise staff in regards to continuing care
- Minimum two years experience
-Experience with funded nursing care
-Compile reports to present at panel, so excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Management of a defined caseload
- Works well to deadlines
- Able to work autonomously and within a team
- Able to be flexible in a pressurized environment
-Working with members of the Multi-disciplinary team, carers, families and other providers
-Previous experience of working outside the acute sector with older people
-Able to travel around London
