Description

My client is an industry leading financial company who are looking for Quality Checkers in Review for their busy new office in Crawley. The successful Quality Checker will have at least a year of experience in a PPI role processing the quality assurance of claims. The initial length of the contract is until the 31/12/16 and the right Quality Checker will be starting ASAP. This is a contract role that has a very high potential for extension with an excellent day rate.

Role (type): Quality Assurance

Experience required:
12 months minimum proven experience of PPI claims processing Quality Assurance.
Experience of handling the entire PPI complaint life cycle.
Detailed knowledge of efficient QA practices and procedures.
Ability to work well within a team environment.
A career history in financial services.
Ability to work within a target based environment.
Understanding of PPI legislation and key issues.
