My client are a large financial organisation. They are currently seeking a number of Quality Checkers to work at their customers site based in either London or Crawley. These roles are to be based within contract positions.

Experience required:
12 months minimum proven experience of PPI claims processing Quality Assurance
Experience of handling the entire PPI complaint life cycle.
Detailed knowledge of efficient QA practices and procedures
Ability to work well within a team environment.
A career history in financial services
Ability to work within a target based environment.
Understanding of PPI legislation and key issues
