One of our clients, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a Maintenance Mentor

Length: min 6 months
Location: South of Brussels
Description:
The maintenance Mentor aims through effective coaching of maintenance activities to reduce the planned downtime + increasing manpower efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Coach in Schedules of work orders, including preparation and monitoring monthly and weekly planning
- Monitors progress of work orders and work requests
- Streamline the internal and external workforce
- Conducts periodic evaluation of planning losses to optimize planning of internal and external technicians
- Assists reliability engineering in optimizing and update preventive maintenance plans and standard tasks lists
- Put in place Tiers meeting and coach the gatekeeper/planner & scheduler to use it
- Put in place the maintenance processes & coach technicians to use it
- Assist the global planner/scheduler in the SME network
Profile:
Experience:
- Degree Qualification in a scientific/Engineering discipline, with further specialist qualification in Planning & Scheduling & Gatekeeping
- More than 15 years of experience in the domain of expertise
Competences:
- Good/excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken & written)
- Good Knowledge of planning & scheduling methodologies
- Good knowledge of lean six sigma tools and OEE
- Teaching & Knowledge sharing capabilities
- Shows flexibility and adaptability
- Coaching and training skills
