Job role: Service Desk Engineer

Day rate: £100.00-£110.00 Per Day dependant on experience

Location: Cornwall

Start Date: Immediate

Contract length: Initial 3 Months



Computer Futures are seeking a Service Desk Engineer for a market leading client based in Cornwall. We are ideally looking for an experienced Helpdesk support engineer in an interim basis for a 3 month period to join a growing team. The successful candidate will join a large Helpdesk support team in providing support to a customer focused environment. You will be required to ensure that service is delivered to all levels of the businesses IT function.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
  • Helpdesk Support & Ticketing

  • Active Directory/Group Policy
  • Office 2013
  • Resolving windows issues
  • Experience of providing 1st/2nd line support


- Strong team working skills

- Strong customer facing and communication skills

- Dell/HP Hardware

You must be a great communicator & able to converse with all types of people and articulate ideas, concepts and concerns. You will have the ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines and be organized and motivated.
