They're transforming their business culture to create a sustainable and mature operational environment, across all Divisions and business domains to maintain their competitive advantage in the global market.

As a Change Manager you'll focus on the people side of change and play a key role in ensuring the program and change initiatives meet objectives on time by increasing employee adoption and usage. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. You will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact our staff.
Moreover, you will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor or domain lead. You may also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and team leaders as they help their direct reports through transitions. You will also support change managers in integrating change management activities into their plans.

Responsibilities:
Lead a major transformation program while ensuring stakeholder alignment, responsible for reporting
Ensure consistency and alignment of developed solutions across all work streams
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the required changes required
Bring proven change management practices and best practices to help navigate this complex change journey
Assess the change impact and conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness
Identify and manage anticipated resistance
Enable stakeholders to manage the anticipated change efforts in line with agreed plans
Be a facilitator of change and operate to build trusted partner relationships
Ensure achieving of sustainable performance improvements within the organization through building greater capability for change within the impacted and impacting teams

Your Profile:

Proven track record of at least 10 years of experience related to successful delivery of large-scale transformation and organizational change initiatives
University level, with experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (ADKAR knowledge is beneficial)
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
Track record of internal/external consultancy experience
Ideally change management experience from ITIL stand point of view
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent communication (written and oral), influencing and interpersonal skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Excellent English knowledge skills
