Description
For our customer we are looking for a Test Manager with Bank & Finance experience
eWork is direct supplier to our customer - there are no extra middlelayer. This means that we have good contact with procurement and in many cases, know the stakeholder and his needs.
Key responsibility will be to coordinate the QA work across the 5 core scrum delivery teams with emphasis on system integration testing and end-to-end testing. Working close with the test resources in each team and with the Delivery Manager.
Key experience:
Test manager experience
Solid experience from test management in the context of Agile methodology (Scrum preferred); planning, implementing, reporting, metrics - how to do & follow up these in an agile environment.
Coordination experience between several scrum teams
Excellent communicator and facilitator, leadership skills appreciated
Experience from system integration testing and system testing (there will be many interfaces and it needs to be defined how and to what extent each interface shall be tested)
Good to have recent hands on experience with test and test automation
Good with recent experience from Exploratory testing
Experience with developing and executing test plans
Experience from non-functional requirements and testing those - (load, performance, security, compliance, usability etc. to be considered)
Experience from test automation; being able to spot automation opportunities
Preferably experience with Selenium
Robot Framework experience would be a bonus
