I am seeking and Interim Financial Controller for an impressive and expanding business locally in Peterborough. You will support a variety of tasks in a controllership position. We seek a Qualified Accountant who will support and manage a small team, but also assist in a variety of projects. This is an immediate need.
Key tasks will include;
You will contribute to the financial reporting, internally and externally and support statutory reporting and advise on the financial accounting across the brand.
You will manage reporting deadlines including the management of the balance sheets and Capex.
You will manage and mentor a small finance team.
Support Compliance and month end process.
Review yearly audits and liaise with external auditors.
The successful candidate will;
Be a Qualified Accountant with PQE experience or equivalent.
Experience in Statutory Accounts.
You will be someone who can manage internal and external relationships.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to support reporting deadlines.
Strong Excel, and varied experience of accounting systems is desirable.
This is an immediate need, for a minimum of 6 months. Therefore you will need to be immediately available.
