Job Title: CRM Business AnalystLocation: Central London
Daily Rate: £320 - £400 p/d (depending on experience)
Contract Length: 3 Months (with potential to extend)

Project Details: A leading university based in central London are offering an exciting opportunity for a talented CRM (Customer Relationship Management) business analyst. The business analyst will be mapping As Is process across a number of departments and systems. They will engage with senior and functional stakeholders to capture requirements within the business.
The business analyst will then map To Be processes and will review and assess a number of relevant vendors to make recommendations to the university.
The successful business analyst will offer significant experience of CRM implementations/assessments and will ideally have worked within the higher education sector previously.
