Responsibilities:
• Able to define and promote a long term infrastructure architecture.
• Able to define an architecture which fit with the present and future business needs.
• Able to integrate an end to end approach within an infrastructure.
• Able to identify infrastructure architecture consolidation, harmonization and centralization
• Able to manage infrastructure architecture agility in an heterogeneous environment
• Able to define architectural roadmaps related to infrastructure architecture
• Able to define governance (process and operation) related to infrastructure
• Able to develop enterprise wide solutions and project specific solutions
• Able to integrate monitoring concept in the different solutions
• Able to accompany/control projects during their construction/deployment phase
• Able to collect project' needs and to challenge projects
• Able to support the project manager for the scope's management in order to avoid scope creep
• Able to collect, validate and challenge business requirements related to infrastructure architecture in conjunction with the different stakeholders
• Able to manage the complexity related to business and technical issues
• Able to identify/collect the as is and to sustain a to be deployment
• Able to communicate with all type of parties and to motivate them
• Able to align multi organization stakeholders
• Able to focus on quick wins
• Able to collaborate with business process stakeholder from an architecture point of view
• Able to identify the gaps in the process and to propose improvement
• Able to identify organizational pitfalls
• Able to identify non-functional performance criteria such as availability, reliability, scalability…
• Able to handle information security issues related to data privacy issues and to business continuity

• Communication skills (empathy and active listening), conviction and negotiation towards different stakeholders (technical, non-technical, management, business ....).
• Able to develop an IT Strategy which is aligned with the business strategy
