SAP Transition Manager
The SAP Transition Manager is managing the transition to the new SAP Service Provider this includes:
- Joint planning of the transition with selected supplier and incumbent teams
- Escalate any delays or missing deliverables
- Manage risks during transition
- Setup regular meeting structures
- Setup regular escalation process
- Setup reporting of SLA/KPI's
- Setup reporting procedures
- Assists in finalizing the SAP target operating model for a Pharmaceutical Company
- Setup demand management process for SAP teams between Pharmaceutical SAP organization and service provider
- Assure that operations manual is created by supplier and approved by Pharmaceuticals
- Ensures compliance with Pharmaceutical validation and compliance requirements
- Show areas for improvement in support processes and business processes and cooperation with supplier
Must have:
- Deep SAP knowledge
- Transition Manager Experience
- ITIL Knowledge
- Fluent in English (ideally also Japanese skills)
- Experience with global organizations
- Experience to manage Tier 1 SI's as provider
