Position: SAP CRM Project Manager
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Duration: Contract
Job Description
To lead and manage resources and ensure optimum resource utilization and high customer satisfaction
(1)To manage the teams and co-ordinate with On-Site Engineers for any issues/concerns
(2) To attend status calls with customer and the team and escalate to Senior management
(3) To drive recruitment and resourcing process by working closely with the HR teams
(4) To drive resource planning and keep track of team's performance for high customer satisfaction
(5) To ensure quality compliance and facilitate Value creation and KM activities.
Additional requirement
- Must have SAP CRM Experience
- One full life cycles (Implementation and rollout)
- Must have good expertise in TPM and have designed solutions in this (B2B) area.
- Must have experience in CRM Marketing
- Ability to debug using ABAP Experience in SAP ECC SD
- Experience with Onshore-Offshore Delivery.
