Description

My client, an international fund management firm is a leader in providing services to institutional and individual clients via mutual funds based products.

They have an immediate requirement for an Interim Oversight Manager to not only develop and enhance the supplier relationships but also to utilise their specialist skills to establish, maintain and operate both due diligence and on-going oversight of the business' critical suppliers in accordance with the Supplier Policy and Guidelines.
Your other duties will include but is not limited to:

. Oversight of key suppliers; existing and new including (Transfer Agents, Custodians etc.).
. Ensure due diligence of supplier information is documented including assessments of (service provision, IT, finance, operational risk, business continuity, contractual agreement, compliance regulatory, service level definition (SLD/SLA), KPI and the agreement of charges).
. Establish, maintain and operate a monitoring programme designed to ensure that the level of monitoring applies to each aspect of the service is commensurate with the risk of and consequences of, failure in that aspect of the service.
. Ensure supplier's performance is measured and reviewed both objectively and subjectively.
. Ensure supplier charges are independently validated prior to payment.
. Build and maintain strong working relationships at both formal and informal level.
. Contribute as a key stake-holder to the further development of the Supplier Policy and Guidelines.
