Financial Reporting Analyst - PAMWIN, Excel, Housing - Interim Contract - London
Providing technical expertise in the management and maintenance of the PAMWIN project management system. PAMWIN experience is essential to this role.
Responsibilties include:
- Analytical reporting provided to the business development customers.
- Work alongside the Business Development colleagues to generate the Development Management Information (MI pack, ensuring that deadlines are met and the quality of the output is high.
- Verify the financial and non-financial data in PAMWIN.
- Follow best practice methodology in creating maintain clear, logical self-checking spreadsheet models, where necessary, for use by colleagues.
- Coordinate the production of the briefing packs and minutes for the Scheme Appraisal Panel meetings (SAP, meeting deadlines to support the decision making process.
- Work closely with colleagues in the Treasury Team to provide them with timely and relevant cash flow forecasts relating to the investment portfolio.
