I am currently recruiting for a CHC Operational Lead to work for an NHS Clinical Commissioning Group in London.This will be a 6 month+ contract and a fantastic opportunity to get involved with an enthusiastic and experienced team from the start.
The main responsibilities in this job role are:
- Implementing and reviewing robust policies and provisions in CHC
- assessing, developing and evaluating procedures in relation to specialized area
- Line Management of Band 6 Nurse Assessors
- Lead the process for reviews (Retro/Live)
- Ratification at panel
- Complex case management
- Appeals and disputes
Along with this the ideal candidate would have experience in:
- CHC live assessment experience
- Knowledge of the NHS National Framework for CHC
- 1 years minimum experience in Managing a CHC Team
The post-holder will balance financial constraints and the assessed care needs of the patients.
You must be a Registered Nurse. We will also be conducting a new enhanced DBS check on behalf of the successful applicant.
