First Line Support Technician Required - Blackpool - Active Directory, Windows Server, Back ups

Our client, a leading Telecommunications company based in Blackpool, have recently upped their workload and therefore require a new First Line Support Technician to join the team. This is a great opportunity for a Helpdesk Technician to make the next step in their career. The right candidate will support in a customer facing environment and be pivotal in maintaining efficiency and reliability in the workplace.

Role: First Line Support Technician

Contract Length: 3 - 6 Months

Location: Blackpool

Rate: £10 - £12 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
  • First Line Support
  • Desktop PC Admin and Setup
  • Hardware Troubleshooting
  • Logging Data and Calls
  • Active Directory Administration


Previous Skills and Experience Required:
  • 2 Years' Experience of Helpdesk Support
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server
  • Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner
