Senior Service Centre Manager - IT Support

Leading Global IT Service Provider require an experienced Service Manager to manage and grow a unit within their Support Centre.

You will lead a unit of currently 40 experienced IT support staff including three team leaders, where you will have overall responsibility for the unit and securing its future growth. The aim is to grow the unit to more than 100 employees in 2017 which you will be responsible for.

You will have budget responsibility and your strong business knowledge within Service Desk/Call Centres is required to be part of driving the development of the services on a global level in cooperation with your colleagues from other countries.

As a manager for Service Support Center you are perceived as being outgoing and able to work independently and drive the business in the right direction even when you meet obstacles. You are flexible and takes initiative to secure you meet your results and must have already proven this in previous positions. You are an experienced people manager who is able to motivate and develop your people. You are able to work and collaborate in a global environment

Further we expect:
* Minimum 5 years professional working experience within the IT industry within one or more of services listed above
* Strong business understanding of Service Desk environment/KPIs, SLA, dynamic flow & interaction with the global colleagues during daily operations.
* Strong people management skills
* Positive attitude including high motivation skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills in English (written/spoken)
