Your tasks:
- Definition and maintenance of a plant quality management system
- Implement standards according to production management audits such as quality info point
- Presentation of layered process audits
- Promote quality awareness and behaviour
- Implementation and monitoring of audits, maintenance of audit system
- Realisation of customer management and supplier quality management
- Manage, lead, train and develop/mentor about eleven direct report s
- Cooperation with various internal and external contacts
- Monitoring and reporting of relevant quality issues
- Control of measuring and testing equipment
Your qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Extensive and relevant experience in Quality Management and ideally electro mechanics
- Professional know-how regarding quality methods, tools and techniques within the automotive manufacturing field
- Strong knowledge in Operations Quality Management, TS 16949, ISO 14001, integrated management system s
- Project management and leadership experience
- General legal and product liability knowledge
- Strong customer service orientation, ability to work independently and result-oriented
- Proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel, fluency in German and English
