Manager Non-Clinical Drug Safety (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Plan, coordinate and manage non-clinical drug safety project work including work undertaken by external partners, vendors, consultants and potential collaborators to fulfil research and development objectives.
- Managing a wide range of non-clinical safety evaluations and regulatory studies, including safety pharmacology, toxicology, genotoxicity, reprotoxicology, carcinogenicity and ADME
- Non-clinical safety assessment of potential products for in-licensing, internal development compounds and established products, e.g. characterisations of formulations and impurities/related substances
Your qualifications
- Proven ability to liaise with other functions and external partners to ensure the provision of non-clinical drug safety and evaluations is essential
- You will need to offer extensive non-clinical/pre-clinical drug safety experience or relevant experience as a scientist, ideally with a focus on toxicology or safety pharmacology
- Experience could have been gained in a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotech company environment
- Experience backed by relevant academic qualifications in toxicology and/or pharmacology and/or pharmacokinetics related disciplines, plus first rate communication, motivational and planning skills
