For our client, a globally active firm headquartered in CH - Zürich, we are looking to staff a Senior Cloud Project Manager to start on 18 Apr, 2016
Job Description
* Manage a large, global Engagement in the Financial Services Industry, Banking.
* Create and control deal financials for the project and negotiate share-the-pain/gain models across the Business Units
* The leadership role for large projects within a business unit and a contributor role to cross business unit projects
* Responsible for achieving the project objectives within the agreed constraints (Time, Quality and Budget)
* Control scope, change management and risk management
* Manage business development by identifying and developing new opportunities with client
* Work result oriented and clear communication towards internal and external stakeholders
* Create confidence in discussions (by formal and informal interpretation) with the customer and build relationships on upper level client delivery relationships
Must Haves
* International project management experience (7-10 years) in managing multi-disciplinary teams in ICT infrastructure environments
* Experience in PMP project management and Agile techniques and speak with authority to highest layers of depth related to project management methods
* Excellent planing and organisation skills
* Communication with internal and external senior management confidently and demonstrate the professionalism of the job family
* Customer focused and able to fulfill the wishes of the customer to investigate and respond to them within the given frameworks
* Demonstrate a broad understanding of market dynamics, an industry area, commercial issues, and technical concerns whilst maintaining depth in core focus
* Able to exercise independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives
* Experience in leading diverse teams, remote and on site
* Fluent in English and German
Nice to Haves
* Cloud resp. Data Center automation experience is a big asset
