Next Ventures are currently working with a Leading Global Consultancy and require a Senior PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Consultant for an initial short assignment to assist in the bid process.
Successful bid will result on being offered a position on the longer term project potentially up-to 2 years.
The ideal consultant will have proven PLM experience ideally coming from a Manufacturing, FMCG or Automotive background.
You will be required to help answer questions and build a case study for the bid.
Below are some of the PLM related support areas questions which probably need to be answered as part of Case study.
Any BOM update to Item/header to user exists/BADI specific How frequently the material master authorization get changed, any BAPI related changes Access control management related changes Process route related changes to workflow Product assembly changes to BOM structures, assembly group, item and header Multiple selection flag, BOM explosion, multilevel configuration, changes in characteristics and values Pricing condition updates Updates to ECM BADI/User exits New document types in EHS Batch management conversion at plant/material level Engineering change control center related - Bottleneck in FM calls in API logs Guided structure synchronization Document search and recipient list view etc. Data cleansing and EBOM to MBOM updates etc.
