Description
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES- Interface with system owners to prioritize and development outage activities that will build the work break down structure.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the outage Primavera integrated baseline schedule and update and present actuals starts/finishes during the daily outage meetings.
- Manage and update the following schedule information:
- Critical path
- Integrated project schedules
- Burn down curves
- Resource loaded schedules
- Establish baseline data and processes in order to track the trending and performance - Outline Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) with the developed work break down structure (WBS) utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to focus efforts on Scope, Cost and Schedule.
- Determine best business cases for work execution based-on plant resources regarding sub-contracting outage activities; will collaborate with outage planner
