Job Description:
10 + Years of experience in IT, having combination of testing and development
Played Test Manager role for at least 5-6 years
Capable of handling multi-vendor while doing project managemt
Comfortable with estimations, planning, status check etc
Produce overall project end to end test strategy with input from vendors as required
Work with the business to identify testing scenarios required to be proven
Produce test plan with input/ratification from vendors/business
Perform technical validation (defect identification and re-testing) as required
Vendor Relationship Owner during test phase
Ensure System Testing is completed by vendors
Test planning, preparation & execution of all the test phases
Managing the activity of key business resources across areas to feed into relevant testing
Integration testing by Vendors & Fund managers
Model Office planning and preparation
Attend project team meetings
Agree and manage resource pool executing testing including test analyst(s), SMEs etc.
Produce test progress and exit reports for input into overall project reporting and steering group
