SAP HR/Portal Analyst - Brussels - 19 months
My client currently has an urgent opportunity for a SAP HR/Portal Analyst to be based in Brussels on a 19 month contract.
The chosen consultant must be fluent in French, Dutch & English as well as having the following skills & experience:
Job Description/Main responsibilities
Work on functional changes (incl. projects), estimates, functional analysis. Delivering quality on-time
Participate support activities
o Incidents
o Questions
o Service Requests
o Problem Management (Root-cause analysis, bug fixing, )
o Training
o Analysis
Advise client using their expertise on the SAP modules
Provide solutions, promote usage of standard SAP in relation to business needs, logic and processes
Functional expertise
Strong expertise about the standards of HR/SAP Portal modules as well as Payroll. (3 years experience)
Soft skills
Able to build and maintain the relationship with SAP Solution Consultants within the enterprise
Stress resistant, team oriented, flexible, self organized and communicative
Strong analytical mentality/conceptual way of thinking
Service-oriented attitude
Rigorous.
Product expertise
Able to establish specifications and parameters of standard functions in the SAP HR/SAP Portal modules as well as Payroll, and corresponding business function.
Able to understand clients expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions in SAP
proven knowledge of SAP PORTAL.
