Senior Controller (m/f)

Your tasks:
- In this position you will take a leading role in local and regional management teams to set, implement and deliver on local business objectives
- You also will share local or regional responsibility for several business units and management accounting in accordance with IFRS, the Finance Accounting Manual and other required accounting principles
- You will be working with business teams to set and track relevant KPIs for cost controlling
- Another task will be to coordinate with site/business and service center teams to prepare site annual target, outlooks and forecasts, business modelling, monthly closing reporting, variance and analysis reporting, product costing, contribution reporting based on business requirements
- Concerning local/regional business partners you will offer analysis and decision support in the area of pricing, financial analysis for contract negotiations, supply contracts, modelling, project evaluations, costing, performance measures, training, strategic planning, business goal development
- You will coordinate local capital expenditure evaluations and submissions
Your qualifications
- You can offer profound experience in accounting/finance/business service in a multinational environment, preferable in the Life Science industry
- You not only have a degree in accounting/finance or similar, but also a good understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control
- You have experience in working with global teams and you are able to motivate these teams to produce quality work within tight timeframes
- Fluent written and spoken English and German skills are required
- You are used to operating within a global integrated business system environment (ERP, SAP or Hyperion)
