Finance Business Partner - 12 Months - Warwick - Negotiable Daily Rate
A leading Energy and Utilities client of Pontoon is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their site in Warwick as part of a large scale Finance Transformation project.
Job Purpose:- To manage the relationship between UK Finance and the Gas Transmission Operator business, specifically Operations, Business Operations Support, Business Improvement and Asset Safety & Integrity teams. Responsible for developing the financial priorities and financial strategy of the areas in line with long term business ambition, in order to drive financial and business performance.
Experience Required:-
- Significant experience of business partnering senior members of an operational business, including expertise in direct and indirect influence and delivering high quality financial performance.
Several years' experience in a finance management role
Strategic finance leader with the credibility to influence and shape decisions
Good commercial understanding and experience
Regulatory experience and/or awareness of regulatory developments
Financial reporting, planning, forecasting and risk management
Resilient, hard-working and determined to drive through change
Down to earth, hands on pragmatic
Focused on the detail, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to build relationships across the business and influence external stakeholder
