Senior PMO project manager

Job Mission
Within ASML the Program Management Office (PMO) is responsible for supporting cross sector project & program management by executing management processes and methodologies. PMO focuses on the development, deployment and improvement of the project maturity level of the organization and provides timely and accurate information to secure effective decision making.
Job Description
* Senior PMO Project Manager:
o Mentors Project Managers Officers by coaching and developing employees on professional management skills
o Coaches and guides PMO employees to improve on their Project management methodology skills
o Is able to drive, participate, lead & implement cross PMO initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the project management processes and further strengthen our means and methods according PMO roadmap
o Drives the roll-out and embedding of project (program) standards and processes
Education
* Bachelor or master degree, preferably in the area of Business Engineering or Technical Business Administration.
Experience
* Proven experience as project & change manager.
* Minimum of 2 years working experience as a hands-on leading PMO/Program Manager for large complex programs and detailed projects, or project management experience in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment, or practical experience as a project manager in a dynamic and innovative high-tech organization.
* Expert knowledge in the area of Project Management in a high-tech environment related to a product creation process.
* Scrum master (proven knowledge of scrum)

* Excellent communicator, process skills and being able to influence without hierarchical power.
* Maintains personal effectiveness, even in demanding circumstances and stays open to change
* Ability to deal with a high speed of change and uncertainty
* Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
* Ability to guide, coach and advise at all organizational levels to effect sustainable change and improving the project maturity level of the organization;
