NextLink have an exiting position in Switzerland, as Meeting Services Administrator for a global and pharmaceutical company.

Your task and responsibilities will be to pre-event support based on the phone, e-mail, IM or face to face contact, administrate video conferencing scheduler, system registration,and Webcast Event.
As well as 2nd level support for WebEx; escalation of Incidents with the Vendor and Maintenance of HPSM

Meeting Services Administrator technical skills:
1 year of experience with audio/video conferencing or webcast in an international environment
Experience with HPSM
Experience with Google/G-docs
Proficient in English and German (other languages beneficial)
Good technical understanding

You will be part of an international and mixed team with regional/global responsibilities.
