I am currently working with a world leading pharmaceutical company and looking for Communications Manager to be a part of this great organisation. You will initially be working on a 9 month contract in Walton Oaks, England.As a Communications Manager, some of your main duties and responsibilities will be:
> To take accountability for the wider BU to improve their understanding of and interaction with appropriate digital channels
> Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to ensure MCC team fully adopt a "Customer Experience Management" (CEM) mind-set and set of behaviours to support delivery of our purpose and profitable growth
> To input into work with senior leadership to manage a high visibility improvement campaign for the understanding, delivery and execution of MCC strategy that engages all GEP colleagues at all levels
> Accountability evaluating effectiveness of MCC activities including channel performance and e-permission acquisition
As a Communications Manager your key skills / experience will include:
> ABPI qualification
> Experience working with agencies/vendors > Strong customer focus, demonstrates how they will always think of the customer first; identifying needs and channel opportunities
> Clear understanding of where digital fits in the broader marketing mix. > Innovative and results orientated; proven ability to deliver tangible output even in ambiguous environments; comfortable with calculated risk taking
> Strong analytical skills. Demonstrated experience of working with metrics and KPIs to evaluate, communicate and optimise the performance activities
