Description

Interim Complaints Lead required for a South west based NHS Trust for a period of 3 months.

My client has approached me to assist them in sourcing an interim Complaints Lead whilst they recruit substantively to the post.

To be considered for this post you need the following experience: -

NHS Experience -

Dealt with serious complex complaints.

- Have excellent literary skills and written communication.

- Working under pressure to deal with complaints in a fast but professional manner.

- Strong knowledge of complaints handling processes.

- Complaint handling experience is essential

- Excellent administration skills

- Organization and multi-tasking skills

- Computer literate and strong keyboard skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels (written and verbal)

- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality - Understanding and reassuring telephone manner.
