For our client, a major pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a
Meeting Services Administrator (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • SPOC for customer on video conferencing and webcast events
  • Pre event support for customer based on phone, e-mail, IM or face-to-face contact
  • Consult customer with meeting setup based on requirements
  • Provide end-user training for end-users and admins
  • Administer and improve VC-scheduler and ensure high availability of tool
  • Responsibility for VC-system registration of external business partners
  • Partners with local facility management for lifecycle changes of A/V capable meeting rooms
  • 2nd level support for WebEx as well as escalation of incidents with vendor as well as in room support for Webcast events in auditoriums
  • Coordination of external A/V-providers and site consulting for new VC and Webcast facilities
  • Maintenance of HPSM


Your qualifications
  • Experience with audio/video conferencing or webcast in international environment
  • Know-how in managing events
  • Knowledge in HPSM and Google suite
  • Good technical understanding
  • Strong communication skills, open minded, reliable and team player
  • Distinct customer and service orientation
  • Flexible to work early and late, even on short notice
  • Maintain consistent image of global service
  • High availability and promote values and benefits of global service organization
  • Proficient in English and German, other languages beneficial
