Meeting Services Administrator (m/f)

Your tasks:
- SPOC for customer on video conferencing and webcast events
- Pre event support for customer based on phone, e-mail, IM or face-to-face contact
- Consult customer with meeting setup based on requirements
- Provide end-user training for end-users and admins
- Administer and improve VC-scheduler and ensure high availability of tool
- Responsibility for VC-system registration of external business partners
- Partners with local facility management for lifecycle changes of A/V capable meeting rooms
- 2nd level support for WebEx as well as escalation of incidents with vendor as well as in room support for Webcast events in auditoriums
- Coordination of external A/V-providers and site consulting for new VC and Webcast facilities
- Maintenance of HPSM
Your qualifications
- Experience with audio/video conferencing or webcast in international environment
- Know-how in managing events
- Knowledge in HPSM and Google suite
- Good technical understanding
- Strong communication skills, open minded, reliable and team player
- Distinct customer and service orientation
- Flexible to work early and late, even on short notice
- Maintain consistent image of global service
- High availability and promote values and benefits of global service organization
- Proficient in English and German, other languages beneficial
