The ERP team is looking for reinforcement in 2016 to carry out the following planned business analysis activities. The breakdown of these activities between business analysts process is done according to group (procurement and purchasing, warehouse management, supplier accounting, customer accounting, cost accounting,
werktbonbeheer, bank accounts, cash accounting, fixed asset management, management of administrative fines, investment management). It is primarily - but not exclusively - to strengthen wanted for the process groups warehouse management, investment management.
1) Support blueprint
The business analysts facilitate SAP implementer in capturing and detailing of the business requirements during the blueprint workshops
The business analysts to monitor the scope of the specification (requires Management)
The business analysts help process owners and key users in the content translation between the present method and the SAP processes
The business analysts SAP implementer in facilitating the resolution of detected "Gaps"
The business analyst supports the project manager in the preparation and analysis of possible scope changes (change management process)
2) Unsubscribe detailed interface processes
The business analysts do user interviews and describe in detail the process descriptions of the interface components. Such descriptions include detailed pool
BPMN diagrams showing the used AS IS applications and booking schedules.
This will give input to the IT team to realize the integration building
3) Support data migration
The business analysts facilitate the business (process owners, key users) in cleaning up the data to migrate
The business analysts facilitate SAP implementer in the data migration
4) Supporting test
The business analysts verify the completeness of the scope of test scenarios
The business analysts provide support during the test
5) Preparing follow-up projects (warehouse management and investment management)
To prepare SAP follow-up projects and/or interface projects is requested input from the Finesse and AKSI business analysts to define the scope, enumerating
the requirements from the Domains Technology (sourcing and purchasing) and Finance and the layout of high-level process descriptions. They collaborate with the
business.
This consistency should be monitored with the Finesse AKSI scope
The business analysts provide substantive support to the relevant project manager (s) during the preparation and award of contracts for these projects.
They provide input to the ICT team under the ICT requirements and also the process of ICT standards in the specifications
They identify and analyze the required integrations
They actively participate in the writing of the specifications
