1)On Site Mac support.
We need 2 onsite supporters throughout the upgrade. Mainly onsite in Billund, Jutland/Denmark West. 2 Mac supporters Onsite support. Duration 4 weeks with an option for two more. From week 18 (17 if possible)
Skills
Knowledge of MACs in an Enterprise Environment
Knowledge of Network/Storage
Knowledge of the terminal
Experience with Adobe programs (from the IT side)
Knowing the Casper Suite/File Wave and the like. technologies
Certified by Apple
Good people-skills and the ability to "see through" Mac users' problems
Good communication skills are essential, including that you can express yourself in English
