Profil: SAP QM Expert
Stakes and context
- Global Supply Chain organization has launched a project to automatically, collect data from SAP system in order to build a reporting tool based on Qlick View. The objectives are to automatize the reporting of Manufacturing, Supply chain, and Quality indicators to avoid different ways to calculate them and save time of manual declaration by the units,
- A Pre study has been conducted and as a result, decision has been made to adapt existing SAP system to support automatic data retrieval. Among other adaptations, implementing new Quality management functionalists within the existing core model is required.
Scope of services
The mission will be to:
- Interact with the business users and understand the business processes, current pain points and the business requirements,
- Perform configuration - Set up the finalized system configuration,
- Set up test scenarios and test cases,
- Perform data conversion from Legacy systems,
- Provide documentation for each project phase and milestone.
Expected skills - Knowledge of the Refresh IT Solution software
Technical skills
- 7 to 8 years of relevant SAP Experience in SAP QM Module,
- knowledge of Quality management for industry and configuration expertise in SAP QM along with other SAP modules,
- MINIMUM 4 End-to-end implementation projects,
- Should be fluent in English and French,
- report to the internal Quality functional lead and will closely work with other project stake holders:
Technical expertise
Expertise in Configuration of SAP QM in:
- Procurement,
- Production, Sales & distribution,
- Controlling.
Skills in configuring and Customizing:
- Quality Planning & Control (Basic data, Inspection planning, Notifications),
- QM Orders in Notification Processing,
- Interfacing SAP QM module with an external QMS.
Functional Expertise
In depth understanding of Business processes, Business work flow and Process Mappings in SAP Environment
- Experience with FI/CO/PS integration (quality cost integration);
- Experience in writing and presentation of training documentation, end user training and post implementation support;
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills and ability to make balanced independent decision;
- Excellent attention to details and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Project Management skills
- Roadmap recommendations and documentation management;
- Project Preparation, sizing & Business Blueprinting;
- Functional Development, Final Preparation;
- Go Live and further functional support.
Deliverables and planning
- Workshop preparation,
- Minutes of Meeting,
- Detailed Business requirements documentation,
- Detailed design documentation,
- Preparation of tests scenarios and tests cases,
- Execution of integration tests and tests results,
- Data conversion strategy,
- Execution of data conversion,
