Roc Search is currently recruiting for a SAP CRM contactor to join a company in Copenhagen, Denmark for 6 months. If you're looking for your next opportunity in SAP and fancy a contract in Europe this could be ideal for you.
Key responsibilities as a SAP CRM consultant include:
*Lead and manage resources and ensure optimum resource utilization and high customer satisfaction
*Manage the teams and co-ordinate with On-Site Engineers for any issues/concerns
*Attend status calls with customer and the team and escalate to Senior management
*Drive resource planning and keep track of team's performance for high customer satisfaction
*Drive recruitment and resourcing process by working closely with the HR teams
*Ensure quality compliance and facilitate Value creation and KM activities.
Additional requirement:
SAP CRM Project Manager - Profile requirement for Project management skills
Project manager who has managed at least 2-3 implementations or roll outs and has hands on experience on CRM.
Preferably, if she/he has any experience on C4C; that would be great.
1. Strong SAP CRM Experience
2. Minimum of 2 full life cycles (Implementation and rollout)
3. Must have good expertise in TPM and have designed solutions in this (B2B) area.
4. Must have experience in CRM Marketing
5. Ability to debug using ABAP Experience in SAP ECC SD Experience with Onshore- Offshore Delivery.

Tenure: 6 months
Rate: 400 DKK/day
