Position/Project: (Technical File - Project Manager)
The role is responsible for the proper execution of Technical File remediation projects.
Responsibilities:
- This includes project planning, estimating, execution, implementation and on-going support.
- The Project Manager will work closely with the functional business leads to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the solution deployed in support of the business goals and objectives.
- To manage daily deliverable from multiple sites with core team members.
- Provides direction to project resources, monitors efforts, assembles key project
- Deliverable and identifies issues and risks requiring escalation when reporting project Status.
- Schedules and facilitates project status meetings and advises management on project status, risk and mitigation including executive reporting. Facilitates problem resolution.
- Communicates project implementation options, schedule, quality and risk to Stakeholders, as well as offer recommendations based on these elements.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Plan, schedule and track project timings using appropriate tools.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Professional Experience Requirements:
- 1-3 year's experience managing business projects with project management tools
- Proven exceptional written and oral presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple business organizations, including global and enterprise-wide projects.
- Experience in an Medical Device regulated environment
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent and extensive related project experience.
- Certificates in Program/Project Management will enhance candidacy but are not a Requirement
Other Requirements:
* Must be highly organized, creative, articulate and analytical
* Must have solid understanding of project management methodologies
Non-Technical profile requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
- Strong knowledge and skills in MS Office
- Some flexibility in working hours is required
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision;
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Able to follow change management for internal guidelines.
Languages required:
- English and German nice to have.
