Financial Analyst
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Certifications if applicable.
Experience:
- 0-3 years professional experience. Assist with preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly financial analysis schedules of actual vs. budget variances. Prepare detailed annual financial budget and monthly financial forecasts. Provide financial analysis support to various areas of the company.
Responsibilities:
- To proactively support strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis on Credit & Collections NA performance, thereby supporting relevant stakeholders to make fact-based sound business decisions
- Perform forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation and benchmarking
- Understand systems and tools to ensure quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems, enabling a single source of truth
- Provide support to Finance Project Manager in the form of data compilation/analysis and technical tooling to support process improvement initiatives
- Support AR reduction target projects by providing relevant reporting to various project teams as needed
