Description

My client, a UK leader in Payment Services, is currently looking for an EPoS Implementation Manager to join their growing and thriving business.

Key purpose of this role is to drive and support the implementation of the EPoS estate from its initial trial period through to general release working alongside their Product, Operations and IT teams.

Responsibilities also include:

*Develop and maintain effective documented processes covering set up, retailer training and 1st/2nd line operational or technical diagnosis
*Develop the internal processes required to on-board retailers in signing the EPoS solution
*Recognise and escalate promptly any issues/outages affecting performance of EPoS service in retail outlets and develop solutions
*Provide key support to the development of future EPoS software releases
*Work with the Business Support Team to ensure suitable stocks of all relevant EPoS peripheral items are maintained eg bar code scanners, Pin pads, spare PPOS units etc.

Skills must include:

*Previous hands on experience in retail product releases
*Operational experience in an EPoS related environment
*Competent use of Microsoft systems and other planning tools
*Experience in identifying training needs and developing appropriate training plans
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform well under pressure
