My client, a tier one bank, are looking for a Senior Securitised Products Lawyer to sit within the Commercial side of their Securitised Products Legal Team.
The Senior Securitised Products Lawyer's main responsibilities will be:
- Offering Specialist Legal Advice and transaction expertise to the Securitised Products Legal Team
- Support the Securitised Products Group (and other teams) to meet commercial and strategic needs of business.
- Providing high quality legal advice, guidance and support in specialist product areas through life cycle of a project/transaction including on legal structures, legal risk, documentation, execution
- Participating in committees and approval processes.
- Advising on risk mitigation/escalation in line with legal risk management framework and/or policy and guidance.
The ideal Senior Securitised Products Lawyer will:
- Possess legal transactional expertise in:
Securitisation, Covered Bonds, Conduits,
- Have a strong awareness of Capital Markets Regulation (new, existing and proposed)
- Possess a current legal practising certificate
