Finance and Interface Lead

My client is looking for a Frameworki/Mosaic Finance and Interface Lead to lead on the development and documentation of financial processes for Mosaic, from social care purchasing, thorough payments, billing and invoice reconciliation. Lead on the specification, development and testing of interfaces, both financial and non-financial. Provide options appraisals to operational finance lead to decide on best approach for the council. Provide technical advice on the Mosaic product to the project team.

In terms of length of contract we can offer an initial 4 month contract. The initial part of the role is to help scope the outstanding work, which will then inform what needs to be done to get us to go live and beyond. There is scope for a longer contract depending on what falls out of this and the subsequent phase.

So I see it as a two phase role:

  • Gap analysis and planning for financial processes from purchasing through to Back End transactions services, including AR and AP interfaces
  • Setting up the system, testing, documenting and training.

    • Deliverables:

  • Documented business processes in MS Visio and written procedures.
  • System configured to council's requirements
  • Handover to training with completed documentation
  • Specifications documented and signed off by appropriate council staff.
