Duration: 8 month assignment; may convert for the right candidate

Purpose of Position:
- Financial support for two Affordable Care Act components - risk adjustment and reinsurance
Top Responsibilities:
- Manage spending on program via Excel (won't be using other finance systems)
- Worksheets already created; take info from email and update spreadsheets
- Work with Finance Department to re-charge spending back to program
- Coordinate and track budgets for actual spends
Required Qualifications:
- BA in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years' direct relevant experience
- Exceptional Excel skills
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; will be in touch with managers
