Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator

Job Type: Contract

Job Location: Hinckley

Contract Rate: Negotiable depending on Experience

Contract Length: 1 - 3 Month - Extension extremely likely

Our Client, one of the world's foremost IT Consultants, is looking to recruit a ServiceNow Administrator to join their Global Infrastructure Services department in Hinckley.

The successful candidate will have primary experience of ServiceNow enviroments, fitment and fulfilment for a small sized project with a medium complexity.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they meet the following criteria:

Knowledge:

  • Administration of 5 ServiceNow environments - Prod/ Dev/ Test/ Pre-Prod
  • Management of Incident Management, Change Management and Release Management
  • Service Catalogue development and support

Minimum Experience Required: 3-5 YEARS Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow - SaaS BSM Admin, Tools Support, TIS Technical Support, Infra Tools Implementation and Troubleshooting Desirable Skills: ITIL IMPLEMENTATION Language Skills: English Language
