Project Focus:
My client, an international Medical Implant Manufacturing Company is currently seeking Project Leader to overtake the project for phase 2, consisting to deploy the system for all product codes
A project is currently in process to implement a MES solution for the control of the operations. The prototyping phase (Phase 1) consisting to install the system, configurate the first code validate and deploy for the operations is currently in finalization

Role Focus:
The role is to ensure the Lead and coordination of all configuration activities and deployment of MES (Manufacturing Execution System = general, no specific) for the production of medical implants (Traumatology, Sport), according to the model developed with a first code in Phase 1 (prototype)
The lessons learned following the deploy phase 1 should be considered for optimization of results in Phase 2
The team members to coordinate include representatives of: Engineering, IT, Operations, QE, Team MES, CSV for the Core Team, + Finance (Ext Team Member)
The production is the "client" with ~ 50 production employees that need to be trained before usage of the system
The mode of management project should follow the methodology FPX (Flawless Project Execution)
The Management of finance is part of the project
The draft plan provides a Go live in October, following the deployment of SAP (Knowledge of SAP is helpful, but there are SAP specialists as well)
The key skills:
- Overview, result oriented
- Leadership capacity, listening
- Very good communication in English and French and decision-taking
- Team management, unifier and motivator
- Knowledge of the environment of the production,
- Management of production datas
- MES (Manufacturing execution system)
- ERP experience (SAP)
- knowledge of the medical community (GMP)
- written and spoken English (fluent)
- Good French requested (in order to talk to the local departments.)
Further requirements:
Experiences in Pharma/Medical or Consumer Product branch
Experiences with implant products (MEDICAL)
FPX (Flawless Project Execution) Certificate
GMP (Good manufacturing practice)
