SAP/ERP Change Manager - 12 Month Contract - Market Rates - LancashireOur client is a large distributor who has embarked on an ambitious Project to implement a new ERP system and NDC operation.
They are looking for an experienced Change Analyst with Project Management experience to identify and deliver the OCM elements for their Logistics and Back Office (Finance, Credit Management & Customer Services) Functions.
Reporting to the Change Lead the successful candidate will have worked on a range of ERP Programmes and/or supported Businesses in their Transformations.
Main duties include;
*Stakeholder Mapping and Management
*Change Impact Assessment and Transition Management
*Communications Strategy and Delivery including facilitation and delivery of Project Roadshows
*Business Readiness Assessment and General Temperature Checks
*Training Planning, Material Production and Administration
*Post Live support
Experience Required;
*Previous experience working as a change analyst on an ERP Programme (SAP Preferable)
*Experience of creating plans of activities and managing the progress
*Prior experience supporting change in a distribution or warehouse managed environment
*Experience supporting the change in back office functions as a result of ERP implementation
