Duties and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Commerce bidding: Managing/participating in overseas telecommunication bidding, creating commercial solution, replying RFQ and compiling bidding document.
-Commerce negotiation: Participating in contract negotiation according to plan, minimizing contract risk and guaranteeing contract quality.
- Manage authorization and support decision Assisting regional office and representative office to manage authorization, standard operation sales decisions, and provide suggestions to support decision.
- Commerce analysis by synthesis: Collecting and analysing local commercial background, requirement of customer, competitor's information, industry information and etc. Drafting and improving business model and commercial solution.
Candidate Skills and Requirements
Job Requirements
Professional backgrounds:
- International trading, international financial investment, international economic law, international engineering management and so on, bachelor degree or above.
Language requirement
- Above CET4,6, or have the good grades of TOEIC/TOFEL/IELTS etc, or fluent in minority language (eg: Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, French etc).
Experience Requirement
- Bachelor with working more than three years, master with working more than two years, working in large company of communication and other relative industries,with experiences in contract business, contract review, bidding experiences etc.
