CRM Analyst
The Data Analyst is accountable for developing a business case (cost/benefit analysis) around the value delivered by the Customer Proposition (including Loyalty Proposition) within the Integrated Marketing Management and Loyalty Management Building Blocks of CRM,
The role will also support in other areas, including data validation activities, such as reviewing and analysing internal and external data sources to validate an understanding of the target customer group, markets and offers.
