My client, a top-tier Financial Services business based in Edinburgh are looking for an experienced Change Readiness Manager to join their Group Digital function and face out into their Commercial clients on a high profile migration piece. The Change Readiness Manager will work on a consultative basis ensure that clients are ready to undertake the transformation piece, and consult with them regularly on this basis.
The successful candidate will be required to analyse current processes, assess requirements, and ensure that the client is in a position to migrate over to a new online banking solution. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have history of working with a business change role either as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or PMO
The successful Change Readiness Manager will possess the following skill set:
- A strong understanding of Digital Project gained from either a Financial Services or Regulated environment
- Strong experience around migration projects
- Understand business change from a Digital perspective
- A good knowledge of recognised project management frameworks, for instance AGILE or Prince 2
- Strong communications skills, an innovative thinker and very commercially astute
